By the skinniest of interpretation, all star teams can be allowed so long as they had open tryouts and the team plays in 2 tournaments. It's definitely not in the spirit of the rules but it should have been cleared.

The bigger concern will be if the tournament is even held in the socialist republic of Montgomery County, MD. The county has far more strict covid requirements than anywhere else in the state.

I wouldnt be surprised if it was moved to DE Turf Complex

DE Turf has 8 of 12 fields booked 7/1- 7/3 and both the week preceding and week after.
