former STEPS parent here. From a recruiting perspective, they are #1 by far. And arguable as good as yellow jackets or top maryland teams.
That said, was disappointed by the level of coaching for STEPS, especially at the youth levels. STEPS tends to attract players who are great already, but doesn't necessarily create great players. |
