Waivers won’t hold up when it is shown that the tournament allowed overage kids to play. It hasn’t been contested yet, rest assured it is coming. Blatant disregard for players safety, negligence on both club and tournament.

Probably could also persue a lawsuit against the 18 year old playing 16 year olds, assault and battery, adult on minor.

Your an stunad. Older players play against your kid in HS and College. Find another sport.

Yes they do, difference is the fresh/soph playing varsity it good enough to be there skills, mentally and physically. The 15 year old 8th grader is playing down.

Playing up is not the issue, playing down is! Though, lax is so watered down physically, it is one of the only sports you could do it in. Really no difference physically anymore between the girls lax and boys except the helmets.

Stop bad mouthing lacrosse. Playing down ( holdbacks) has been a MIAA tradition for many years. With Club explosion in last 5-7 years, everyone has decided they wanted to play down too like the private school holdbacks.

Unfortunately College coaches LOVE re classed players.
