There are current college freshman with summer/fall 2002 birthdays but yeah, let's justify being 18 almost entire junior year because only a single year holdback. Where does it end?

This definitely shouldn’t happen in club ball, and if a student is breaking the rules for high school, then parents should hold schools responsible. Contact news stations report it, they are always looking for news stories about privileged suburban kids and this hits the nail on the head.
