It’s virtually impossible to fairly evaluate 100+ girls over the course of a few hours. With all the ball hogs and Nobody passing your lucky to get a few touches in a scrimmage. And if you get stuck on a team with less talented girls it’s over before it starts..
The evaluators know the girls, and choose most of them based on reputation.
The only real recourse is to have a somewhat equal representation of clubs as evaluators, so that they can all haggle it out. |
