That is correct many other clubs took full payment months ago BUT Express had the opportunity to do the right thing before taking the final installment. The correct decision was to defer the final installment and continue to monitor the situation. instead they made a very poor decision. Express didn’t do the right thing by their families and they should get slammed for it. |
