Consider the following quote from this
Washington Post article.

Why is there so much fuss about race? Let the kids who like the sport excel at the sport regardless of ethnicity. Where is the outrage from the Washington Post about the NBA or NFL??? These sports teams are overwhelmingly dominated by one race. Not one journalist has an issue with that.
Quote was from, I believe, the CEO of US Lacrosse. It was not the opinion of the Wash Post. Would it have been any more valid had it been reported by the Wash Times?
No, it is a vial disgusting quote. Whoever said it should be ashamed of himself. The Washington Post picked up on it because it is in line with their agenda of division and victimization. Any quote that they can find that fits with this agenda is reported as news. The Washington Times rightly ignored it for the disgusting inferences it contains.
Further, if your an amazing lax player, of any race, the D1 coaches will find you. That's their job!! Look up Zed Williams in NYS. Broke Mikey Powells NYS scoring record as a jr. To the best of my knowledge he didn't play for any high priced club. He will most likely start at UVA as a freshman. BTW, neither did the Bratton twins.
