Have your Club Director download off the NCPAL website a incident report they are online for all to see. It says on the report that it must be handed in "prior to the next scheduled game."

NCPAL Code of Conduct item # "5. It should be known that if any violation occurs at an event, it is the responsibility of the organizations participating."

Item # 9
"It is the responsibility of all Directors to report any infractions to the N.C. P.A.L. Youth Lacrosse League ethics Chair."

COMPLAINT PROCEDURE
"Any complaints concerning PAL League rules, regulations or code of conduct by anyone participating in or attending any PAL League event should be reported to the Community Director. The Community Director will then notify the League Board as to the nature of the complaint. All complaints will be reviewed and investigated by the PAL Board Ethics Committee and a determination will be made about the complaint that may include fines and/or suspension."
