My son tried out and did not make the call backs. There was more like 500 players for the 2020/2021's, not 1000. A good mix of players made the callbacks not just SJ player's. I agree that I would have liked to see less players, it would be hard to evaluate, but less players would mean less coaches would show up.
That being said, if you watched the game, the players that did make the call backs were valid. |
