There is a union teacher/ie.Athletic Director who should have to answer the reason why the team is not progressing!!!! Probably since the AD is tenured, and in no way is his performance threatened he either doesn't care or isn't up to the job !!!! The union/school district will protect his job at the expense of the kids trying to learn the game.
Most of the girls on Copaigue's team are picking up a stick for the first time. It's hard for them to catch up with teams whose girls have been playing since 2nd grade. And yes; the union will protect the job of the coach.
