The top 10 Suffolk teams are way better than the top 10 Nassau teams. Unfortunately they are spread out, Suffolk power conference would be ideal.

IDK about that... But I think there are only about 10 quality programs in Suffolk. That is not a knock on any of the other programs, it is just the reality of the sport. The sport has become a Money Sport in the sense that parents must be willing to spend a lot of money if they want their child to excel and play at a high level. Towns where the majority of players are playing club, going to private training, going to camps etc... are going to have a huge advantage. HS Teams that only have a few kids per class out on the lax circuit are going to struggle vs teams where just about all of the kids are involved year round. Average athletes who pay to play and train all year can go on to play division I college lacrosse.

Suffolk (Section XI) should absolutely establish a power conference. Blowout games help neither team.
