Pretty sure Spalding has made the 6 team playoff before, 2008 comes to mind. That being said, its hard given the headcount for AA County to have 3 powerhouse high school teams save one or two. That being said winning the A Conference JV championship is no small feat. If they can build depth and bring in 6-8 to flight caliber players per class, five of those players will pan out and they will consistently be in the top 6-8. Rome wasn't built in a day and they've had some missteps along the way. If have a winning HC and staff (experience building and coaching winning programs) and top flight athletes and laxers from winning club programs, they will succeed. |
