I believe they are kids that play as Oilers during the summer together- but a few are playing local town travel team, so there are added kids in place of those playing with other teams.. They are a good team. A few players with excellent talent at this age. Not my sons team though- so don't have more details than that.
Actually, just looked at their site and this does not look like it is the team I'm thinking of. Maybe they are just 516...?
