The season kicks off Friday 3/22 with some dandies.
Hills East @ Smithtown West

Riverhead @ Northport
Week 2 has most teams scheduled to play 3 games (Tues/Thur/Sat). Will weather impact the first few games is always a crap shoot. This week could prove to be a tough one for Bay Shore, Commack, and Hills East. With a 1/4 of the schedule planned to be completed by 3/30, this should separate the teams in the rankings.
SH/EH/BH/Pier/Ross is now playing A schools? Smithown East, Hills East, Connetquot have them on the schedule. WHY?
Why is Riverhead and Connetquot playing on a lot of the lowest ranked teams' schedules. Brentwood, Longwood, Copaigue, North Babylon, Middle Country. There are 17 teams other teams in League I for Riverhead and Connetquot to play. No reason what-so-ever to play a majority of the bottom 7 teams if you are, or claim to be, a top 7 team. I can see maybe playing two of the teams (1 for certain) but 4 or 5 of the last 7 teams in the league. Thought Riverhead and Connetquot would have had a tougher schedules. Don't complain about points later in the season if the wins are there but not the rankings.
It seems a late Easter/passover hurts the chances of another Saturday game in late April. Lets see how much changes between now and Jan.
