Congrats to the CSH girl that got National High School Player of the Year. A true team player. Shocked that was recognized and the winner was not picked purely on racking up stats vs weak teams.

BTW, the Number one recruit in the country headed to UNC does not score a lot of goals. She is a fast athletic midfielder who does well on draw controls, ground balls and on defense. Your yawn comment demonstrates all that is wrong with this sport. As far as I can tell , the CHS player was not over hyped and although she put up strong numbers they were not crazy and they were not vs weak teams. I am happy for the young woman and her family.
