BTW, I should have added that if "Downstate" (i.e. LI, NYC, and Westchester) were its own state, it would account for 62 roster spots at these schools, second only to MD. And MD should, like NY, be considered two regions: Baltimore and DC/So.MD. So, Long Island does quite well with the top lacrosse schools. |
