Is TG White team worth it for some decent training
No. I would look into other options. Go to other tryouts for other clubs, the White team is not worth that kind of money.
The cost of TG will be comparable to other clubs that are on par with the white the team, the savings will be that you won't spend as much on travel/hotels at another club.
