I agree, crazy. no sure if there is some family dynamic involved like dad being the coach or brother on the team or something, but yes sounds weird. The girls will be just fine in the goal.
Not aware of any family dynamic - just another over the top lax parent who wants more attention for himself. She has been playing with the boys for awhile, in addition to YJ, along with a few other girls on the team.
He does enough to get attention on his own, have you seen him stalking the sidelines???? He makes sure he stands out, not good for the long term prospects.
