Division Ave mandates girls wear them. Girls come home with headaches, helmets are too tight or too loose, and a significant part of eye area not covered. AD received money from a politician who may or may not have invested in cascade. It's a shame more research wasn't done before this nonsense was mandated. Any legal eagles on this site know if a district can mandate/enforce this if there are no NYS mandates? |
