as for most programs if a coach happens to be from a particular town and his son is on a team that coach will have pressure to take kids from his community some will be better than the average but there can also be kids of equal skill and ability and the coach is going to take the kid from his town . this happens in travel lacrosse pay to play programs and in communituy based programs as well. |
