Wantagh is certainly a strong contender this season, but Mount Sinai looks to have two years of very good varsity lacrosse in front of them on the girls side.

As for Shoreham-WR, the problem with dropped passes and ground balls is a fundamentals issue which is rarely ever adequately addessed within the context of a varsity program. This has to be addressed with a club or showcase team where the practices are more intense. I would look for more growth at the varsity level from Mount Sinai than Shoreham-WR for that reason.
