Or maybe, just maybe, they have family commitments between Christmas and New Years? There could be a million reasons why a team cannot have every single player in Florida and most of them are not that the kid is too old to play...
you people are crazy about this age thing, get a grip
Kids talk- they share their ages, grades. They go to camps. Many kids play for teams where they wouldn't qualify to play at TOC. Some teams/clubs encourage this more than others. There are def clubs and teams that don't go because their stronger team members don't qualify. It's not a secret- it's just a fact.
