Have fun getting blown out by the cheating Nationals LC.

Nationals LC looked average at best today and hearing they have a known 2027 on the roster. Eclipse WS team is WAY better.
Who’s the known 2027?

https://www.hudl.com (link to NC kid who plays on 2027 and 2029 nationals team)

In full disclosure on Hudl the kid is listed as a
2027, I have no clue if he was playing for them this weekend

Kids names can not be listed on this forum

2 of their middies are early year 2010s who have played for 2028s up until this past year when they joined nationals. Both are excellent 2028s who have no business playing at the 2029 level.

Nationals don’t follow the rules, constant filling teams with random kids, tournament to tournament at the expense of the actual roster. Winning creates good social media and marketing which keeps the well running, unfortunately same is true for most national teams.

Player Eligibility
Players may play in divisions according to their grade, or above. No player will be permitted to play in any group below the year they are set to graduate, regardless of any circumstance related to how old the player is.

This is a grade tournament, not an age eligible play below the grade tournament like the World Series.

Legacy East broke these rules too. Problem is - every team at some point or another, breaks the rules and no one does anything about it.

Rebels broke the rules in they're own tournament. We had four 2028 players when the rules were posted. The 2028's did not do much. Our record speaks for itself. At least give our other kids playing time in a tournament that is grade based.

Every 2029 division this year will allow the eligible 2028s to play. Happens each year

Losing by 2 to Igloo and Express does speak for itself. All these teams are very close, talent-wise.

Only one of those teams was rolling with 28’s

If they are eligible why shouldn’t they play? Same age group. 2029’s have been babied. Every other group deals with single and double holdbacks and these guys complain about of age players playing because they play for 2028’s.

Yea I have to agree with this one. The 29 class doesn’t know how lucky they have it. 27s and 28s had and continue to have it way worse.

Rebels and Igloo both had 28s. Express doesn’t because all of their 28s are really 27s lol

FWIW, Igloo did not bring 2028s to this tournament.

And also FWIW express 28s are actually 28s. And seriously, be thankful your kid is a 29. The most on-age graduating class in years with the least amount of holdbacks and reclasses.

I would bet the express WS team is on average younger than the WS teams of 91, igloo, rebels and legacy.

I would think they are all similar. Few 28s on each?

I’m curious how you have so much knowledge about others rosters , 2/3rds of the statement is just outright wrong. I’ll let you figure it out as you seem to present yourself as “in the know”

Not a big difference in talent between any of the top 5 teams on the Island in this age group. Any given day each team could beat the other.
