And LBC has "fundraisers out the butt! why not just charge a fee and not make the parents participate in MULTIPLE fundraisers? The parents end up paying way more for silent auction bs in the name of fundraising. The people that run this club are PSYCHOTIC! take tour kid anywhere but this club. It's worth the drive. They cut 5th graders, 4th graders and these poor girls end up hating lax. The people that run LBC have never played lax and have trouble keeping coaches that have knowledge of the game. It's easy to have your kid peak early, its harder to have your kid keep peaking. LBC cuts and cuts. BEWARE!!!!!!

LBC has been always been classless and the coaches are more interested in drinking and posting their drunkeness. check out their website (has not been updated recently), they still claim to have college coaches that have moved on. PLEASE, if you can, do not choose geography when taking your daughter to this club. If you can drive your kid to another, please do. This club is abusive.

because they LOVE to poach from other clubs. Ask them how they POACHED the entire club called Mid Shore In-crease. Caroline County club. Julie and Smitty of LBC dismembered that club. They are psychotic. don't let your child play with that club.

First off their director, while may not have a lacrosse background, is one of the best coaches on the eastern shore. Look what he has done at Easton with what he had to work with (Easton does have some great players so not trying to be negative). He also has numerous teams that compete with the best in the country, due primarily to him coaching them up. Every club cuts 4th/5th graders with exception of CC Lax as they have been known to warehouse kids for years. When 90 players show up for a grad year tryout at MD United, how many actually make it? 44, so you do the math. Every club fundraises, however at east LBC reduces tuition based on the amount of fund raising. No other club does that. Our family is not affiliated with LBC, however we hear the Eastern Shore rumors. Why did LBC absorb Saltwater from Salisbury? I'm guessing because Saltwater knew it would make for a better situation for them? There are also people claiming they poach players. All clubs do that. Enough of the LBC bashing! Our guess is that the parents that left are the ones that could be psychotic, not all, but some.

Respect & Loyalty can’t be forced or bullied it must earned that’s where LBC misses out. Long story short “You reap what you sew”
In our sports world we have 1-2-3 generations deep families with multiple sports experience at multiple levels but the powers at LBC with there see all know all way of doing things has now again come full circle.

Mid Shore Increase Lacrosse Club?? Mid shore increase was a mixed team and it is my understanding that the assistant coach reached out to LBC about the players playing for LBC. The head coach was the only person who thought Mid Shore Increase was a club and never spoke to any of the players or families again.
