As long as you aren't reaching for one of the top couple teams, I'd hit up all the organizations in your area and see if your son can get a look. Don't say he got cut, just say he's looking to make a move (lax coaches, myself included, aren't smart enough to realize he probably got cut when you phrase it otherwise)

If you're in Baltimore I can't really help, but there are some good teams and programs on the Eastern shore. I've always considered Shore Kaos a sleeper. Their 2026 team merged with Dark Horse out of Easton and they have some talent and great coaching. I'm not a dad, but know enough to recommend them.

Hawks will be listed number 1, again. The best team in the country by far. Nobody can even come close.

If your kid truly got cut from a team, you should be happy to play anywhere assuming that's what he wants. If he enjoys lax, don't shop around...find a team with open spots and just sign him up.

We have been over this, there are 4 Hawk players who are technically considered holdbacks. Its not that many. The Hawks dominate because they train harder and are focused on being the best.

And they are just better players in general.
