If you don’t think Pequa coaches have some concerns after Saturday you have no clue about spirts.

Ok so rate the six teams you saw on Saturday. Who dominated Pequa ?

Agreed I have no clue about spirts! So, since you were there watching why don’t you tell us A) what teams played B) what was the score? C) why are you hanging around Massapequa high school on a Saturday freezing Saturday morning? D) where is your family that they don’t want/need you around? E) Are you a loser or a [ChillLaxin]?

Both teams looked better then Pequa, no big deal first game playing together. They will get better.

No one dominated the Chiefs.
Pequa not as dominant as many may have expected
WI-probably a little more competitive than many would've expected
CSH about as expected.

All games subbing was liberal. Certainly wouldn't base any rankings on outcome of the scrimmages. All games were close whether measured by starters vs starters or final outcome. All teams will be competitive, none looked top 10 in the nation worthy...

Early prediction is that Syo goes 0-5 in out of conference play this year before starting their cupcake league schedule (until Pequa on 5/9).

GC on top 11-2 over Syo after Q3 yesterday- a total beat down.

Sayville played Northport yesterday in a non-league game and lost 11-5.

Great team support. A loss and you immediately start pointing fingers at people who are all trying to win. What cry babies. If your son is passed over for a freshman who is better, deal with it. That's not the reason they lost.

You are right...

They lost simply because they not good.

Too much attitude and too little skill. Not a combination that makes for a successful team.

I am a booster member and got to say it doesn't help with playing time. I even brush up against the coach sometimes to let him know I will give a handy, but sitll doesn't help. Only helps for the summer travel teams... son was on igloo and 91 - both will give playing time for let's say "favors"

Game plan worked pretty well for SWR last year and they were only 9th graders plus a stud sr. Keep checking Newsday and watch as they rack up the wins... Islip i would assume is 1 and swr 2 Babylon certainly isn't a threat this year...

Hahaha, ok right. Just stop. There aren't any freshman that should be playing, they are only considered because of daddy and the Igloo connection. Bottom line, other than a couple of senior attack and a junior middie, this team just isn't very good. And the Igloo connection and favors are only going to make it worse. It's not working and the hey day of SYO lax will be done in two years because that's when the Igloo connection and favors really take hold. Lean years ahead for a once quality program, ruined by greed and favors.

Glad to hear that you're not worried about Babylon. You should, however, be concerned about more than just Islip. Suffolk B is a tough Div week in and week out. Mt. Sinai, BBP, Harborfields, Miller Pl, Hills West & ESM will field strong teams that just might get in the way of your win "rack-up". In any event, good luck. Sounds like you may need it this year.

Good luck to the rest of suffolk b/c, you've been chasing the SWR tail lights for the last two decades. They have a few real studs to build around and are the hunted until you knock them off. Fact. Adn it will be good win you will celebrate, as you should, if you get it. Play the game.

Ill give you 2 Soph Studs. Coach isn't Rotantz or what you think he is. IMHO, ESM 4/11 and Harborfields 5/5 will have their way with SWR. 2/3 easy games, the rest could go either way. Could be wrong wouldn't be the first time.

How was the scrimmage against Connetiquott?
