Why does Igloo have a hard time fielding teams at certain ages? They are very good at some ages, but don't have a '22 team.

I think they are just going by " the team that beat TG at the Hofstra tournament. ' Just trying to figure out how to fit it on the jersey. They were going to pick " we win every game even when we lose and then pick any Maryland team we lose to buy one goal and say they're the best team in the country to make our players feel better " unfortunately you guys have that one and plus it be very difficult to fit on a Jersey.

Igloo only has one competitive team

New programs start up with a younger grade team and develop that team and add the younger grades as the years add up. 2023 is probably their first team.

YJ 2023 played many local tournaments this Fall, typically under a different name, since it was Daddy coaches.

Why? Wasn't it the YJ pompous tools asserting that their club was at a higher level because they play/challenge the girls in competitive tournaments in other states? Ironically several other clubs did that this fall while YJs hid on LI. What gives??

YJ 2023 "A" team is a mess and will be getting worse. Scratch them off your competitive list. They never will be able to hack it. not a good representation of the league as a whole. CR lost control of that group. It still remains FF with more coming. and 91 (haha) coming to save the day...I would think they might not even attend any competitve tourneys this summer...maybe they will just stay on LI

91 and Yj will make a great team and will be very competitive against the top teams this summer. Stop hating and being so jealous that your kid didn't make the A team

You people are a joke. YJ lost to both TG and Igloo by one goal at NATIONALS. Not bad for a team that's falling apart. What does it say about the other two teams. Not to mention TG stalled the last 8 minutes of the game. TG is so much better of a team yet you had to stall. Maybe because you're reject was getting schooled at the faceoff circle at the end of the game. You wish YJ would go away. Then you wouldn't have to explain why your kid didn't make the team or explain to everybody how you're better than the team that people recognize first. You have to explain to them who you are ... people already know who YJ is. You're the stepsister of Long Island. Simply put you're a generic. Be happy YJ beat you at Horstra in a different color jersey. This way you can deny it like you do every other time you lose. Next time put those stupid Green Hornet pennies on so you won't have to lie. Remember we're already in the building and you're just on the guest list.

Losing is tough for YJh parents to accept. The next time you beat the Green Hornets will be your first. I know YJ parents are on edge when rosters get posted you'll see how friends and family really works.

What house are you in YJ avoiding competition last summer, All Star Express? Laxin out Loud 3rd bracket? Nationals playing 3 games against 2 Long Island teams and going 0-3. Close only counts in horseshoes and hand grenades. This team is shell of what the typical YJ team is.

Being 4th best on Long Island sucks. Since you brought up Hofstra didn't you lose to Empire?

Is that what your club director told you? The summer before 8th grade? You better hurry up and sign up for all those winter sessions and get on the list for the personal lessons. If your kid doesn't shine next summer - she's going to end up at Farmingdale.

That's true - I'm hearing about 8th graders getting invites to the various school's clinics and camps coming up this winter and spring.

yup This is not a typical YJ team team is just a bunch of FF and family favors .. now more favors are being given...that is why the best of the team headed for other programs. the team is dysfunctional and will continue to be...good luck

Yup. One of them lives in our neighborhood and goes to school with our youngest. The parents have been telling everyone about all the camps and clinics that she is being invited to by the coaches. I'm expecting to see a brand new Vette in the driveway soon, since they are pretty well guaranteed that free-ride for their first born.

YJ A players are top notch. No ducking...beat TG twice at Hofstra without any starting middies and Daddy's coaching group of miscellaneos girls. Beat Skywalkers, Hero's & MD United in ONLY game they played head to head. Lost to TG at Nationals by 1 "stick check" dleay the game for 8 minutes goal and lost honstly to Igloo. Agrred...NOT the typical YJ force then everyone else, but no worse, not necessarily better either than these teams. Fall ball a joke. Get a grip. Anyone...anyone...anyone whonis on YJ A or B can signup for a fall tourney with a parent coaching, regardless if in MD or LI. Not hiding...just not putting best team in Fall Ball games. Each olayer...individually is a Stud. Wait for the reality of Summer season again. Might be 1st, might be 4th in the age group for the country. Not a B team and certainly always in the conversation of top 4 or 5 trams. Whoever the dolt is that said not even top 10 & a B team is ignorant. Top 1-5 in the age group is Fact.

TG DEFINITELY lost at Hofstra . In game 1 by at least 2 or 3 goals. YJ parents do watch the games . We watch the TG parents berate the officials , whom I might add play for SS. You guys always embarrass your kids . You sound like a union picket line on the sideline .

HAHAHA, the embarrassment is you, trying to make up scores. Here's one for you, Nationals, where you were beaten and officials were actually keeping score. Remember TG eliminated you from the competition there, after your HORRIBLE day before? Not a YJ parent making stuff up because they were again shut out by the better team at a fall ball game that you actually think is important. As I recall, the YJ parents were crying that Little Sally was being manhandled by the better team. Maybe you should invest in flopping lessons for your daughter. Will be the only way she can get the ball.

Never went near YJ, due to the arrogance of the parents. Nice try though.
