Previously know as Bethesda Lacrosse Club. They have always been very good. Looks like they got even better.

Blaze, Black Ice and Outlaws Select all at Naptown next month

It's tough to put Ambush that high. They never play AA Tournaments. They mostly play A/B teams. It's hard to access their talent.

Ambush plays mostly B plus, B and C teams. It is rare that they play A or AA. A once in a while victory over an A minus or A team is not enough to place them in the top 8. Legacy always beats them. GC is playing B at Lax plus fest which this year the A division is mostly B teams and the B division is mostly C teams. So GC is eliminated from the list all together even If they beat Ambush one time. If Ambush played better teams more often They would do very well. But that is speculation. You can't place them high for beating the one or two A teams when we don't know how they would do against the rest of the best team.

Just a personal opinion but I don't think Outlaws Select is in the same realm as Blaze and B-Ice. Good team fun to watch, A team yes but not same level.

Ambush plays tight with Outlaws Select. They are split with them right now for the past year, so they need to be in the mix. Outside of Express, Blaze and Black Ice, who would be considered A?

Sorry to burst bubbles. DC Express is not all older kids - there are 4 kids who by their summer birthdate should be in class of 2020, but started school late - not reclassed or repeat / just for clarification - so yes / they have those older boys - no denying that.

There are also NO former LIE 2020 players on team that is just a made up statement.

It is same core Bethesda Team that has been together since 3rd grade - adding pieces each year.

This year biggest add being a real goalie - never had before.

Question - Blaze lost twice at NLF to DC Express - where did this team come from - was it something else last year?

Two 2020 Long Island kids is a true statement. I won't single a kid out but came from the North Shore of Long Island. You may not know it but it is 100 percent true. No reason to make something like that up.

Sorry - Not on DCE 2021 Black - wrong team. If were true - not a big deal - just not true - all kids are from Bethesda, Potomac, Olney, Annapolis - Originally and Currently.

rules have changed, better read up.

Rules have changed no doubt. Now it remains to be seen how many coaches will honor the rule or recruit through a third party, i.e. Club coach/director, school coach.

This is why the rule, while needed didn't go far enough.

My bet is the honor system will go,out the window with the next round of recruited 20's and 21's. Once one coach does it, they may all be compelled to do it.

More importantly, USL and tournaments should clean up 16 year olds playing in 2021 divisions.

Blaze has a few injuries to Middies that they are having to overcome. They usually start slow to begin with, so this has put a hamper on them.

Doesn't matter with injuries or not. Blaze is done. Just another avg to good team in the tournaments they are in. No chemistry and the team has been ruined.

Ok, so outside of Blaze, Express Channy and Black Ice, who is A genius?

Garden City going into the B bracket is what B teams do. A teams play in the A bracket and play the teams there and win. Ambush is doing what it can do improve. They had players who played for their HS that day too and they still pulled it out. 6-8 games in one day is a lot of lax.

No. B teams play in B tournaments except for charity. Ambush only plays in B tournaments. Ask your director why Ambush does not play where Blaze does. Again the director thinks this is a B level team and they play in B level tournaments. End of story. Can't argue with that.

Ambush is going to young guns and are in the B division and are playing against the fighting ducks, jesters, messa b team and other terrible b/c teams. They are staying clear of good teams. They had a chance to play in the top division but chose to play terrible b/c teams. At NLF the bet is they will play b division. Shore point is a b /c tournament. So taking your post claiming that B teams play in the B bracket and A teams play in the A bracket how do you explain young guns where ambush will be playing b division and nlf where they will play b division. By your own definition ambush is a b team playing in the b division.
