My son is one of the kids that moved up... so if you got a problem let's solve it on the field.

the fact that Express B beat ESM at Havoc would knock them off the list.

So? What is your point? Good for the town teams to have that much talent and commitment.

My point was that you have Taz and pack. And then you have this group and it's ok to be in this group. The games are always close and competitive which is good for the boys.

EMS/Long boards and High Voltage are not town teams they all have a mix of WP and Taz kids with some town kids mixed in.

Close, but wrong. Longboards and high voltage are not town teams and I don't ever remember anyone making that claim. They have kids from all over. ESM is a true town team. They just happen to have a bunch talented kids that play of some of the top travel teams. No different than BBP and Commack.

Express OReilly beat ESM 2weeks ago. RVC beat ESM last year...don't categorize a town team with a club teams....Also Long boards is a pick up team for TAZ kidz. And high voltage is the WP pick up team..o need for them to be in the discussion.

I agree. Outlaws select parent here. Trying to stomach some of these nonsense posts. Obviously Taz and WP are untouchable but the Outlaw/Igloo match-up is great lacrosse to wacth. Evenly matched teams. Players and Parents all polite on both sides. No [lacrosse] on the sidelines during the game. It was a pleasure to watch. Was hoping to see them this Friday. BTW I will take average to watch my 10 year old enjoy other sports.

Yeah, TAZ brings in a kid from CT.

These days most of these Town teams are travel teams in the world of Tournament play. Our town is trying to do it but the talent and commitment just isn't there to compete on that level. When "most" people hear Town team they think PAL and they just should not. Yes there are some PAL teams that play as Travel team but they are few. Most of those kids have commitments to other travel teams. I don't condone comparing teams at any level at this age. It's just silly. But you can't really separate a town team and a travel team for the most part.
