Good job by Blatant with schedule in A bracket. Matchups were good games for the most part. Syag looked good. Igloo looked good and I know its only the fall but they made a statement today. Express A took a hit. Not sure how they are going to compete with the big boys this spring/summer.Some of the lower A bracket teams looked good as well. 2way select was better then their record today.Express B looked much improved over last year. Outlaws looked good for all their new kids. Was a good day despite the weather. Good job by all the 11yr old boys today.

Weather was the same for everyone. Bandiits and Igloo are top teams, everybody else is a toss up. Badgers and S2S lost total credibility today. SYAG and Tornados are legit

12-1. That is too funny. Karma at its best. Not impressed with Express at all. They took a huge step backward this year. Goes to show you when you build a team from coach's best friends kids. Sad.

Torrential rain and 30MPH winds --- fields were a muddy mess--- all the boys played extremely well considering the conditions they were dealt. They were wet/cold and true lax players for roughing through it. Congrats to all the teams.

Well let's see:

SYAG lost to Igloo by 6 goals but Express lost to Igloo by 11 goals. Seems to me that SYAG would have killed Express. Tornados lost to SYAG by 1 goal. So looks like the final 4 was probably accuarate. All very equal teams.

But couldn't pull it together when they needed to. Same sh** different day.

Boys all played well under the circumstances of the fields.

With everyone playing at the same time. How did you get a chance to watch your sons game.

It rained hard for first game, rest of day was fine. It was not windy at all. Fields were Muddy, happens when it rains, but not a mess.

Express beating Igloo earlier was obviously a fluke since they lost to S2S and got killed by igloo in the finals.

Says the frustrated Express parent. Losing 2 games in a tournament is not something those boys are use to. Team is not that good.

You can't be serious . Tornados are no where as good as Shore to Shore. What a joke.

Unfortunately that sentiment is close to non existent. The "My kid's team is great and I need to constantly state that they are better than your's" epidemic is the norm. It's impossible for these grown ups who are living vicariously through their kids to get that teaching them how to lose with class is what well adjusted people do.

When is MC going to step in and replace AJ? The team is now in free fall. One full season without BM and it now really is showing.

Stop trying to stir it up. I've talked to BM and he never says anything bad about his former team. He speaks very highly about the talent the Express team has. He likes the new challenge he has with the tornados. Let it be already.

Did you just sat SYAG was equal to Igloo and Express? Tornados, maybe. But s2S , Igloo and Express are not equal to SYAG. That's a ridiculous statement. You should be banned from the sport for even thinking that.

BM knows the Express would be better if he were running the team. The Tornados will catch the Badgers later this season. I saw him recruiting today between games. He never stops working.

It's fall lacrosse, take it easy. Same stuff was said last fall and Express had a great Fall & Spring season. Team is in good shape & will be fine , but thanks for your concern.

Not sure if Tornados will catch Express but no way would BM ever let that Express team lose 2 games in a single tournament. The team looks flat. No sense of excitement or urgency. That's when you know the head coach has to go.

You have to question someone who thinks comparing scores can predict who would win in a future game or who is better from a group of teams. Under that logic the team who wins the first game against a team will always beat that team they just beat and all the teams the losing team beats. So much goes into each individual game. Scores and final out comes can be altered by simple things like a hot goalie of how tight a ref calls a game. Also some teams when they take a lead may back off while another team does not. There may be a favorable match up that may not be there when the other team plays. The list goes on and on why score comparing gives you no indication of how teams will do against each other in the future.

Says one of the Express directors minimizing the damage. Honestly, they did not have a good fall ( loss all 3 at columbus day tournament and to an average S2S at Blatant). And they lost quite a few games in the spring. Got spanked by Bandits and followed up with a loss to Bethesda in one tournament. The team looks worse this year.

Got to hand it to all the know it all's. Lol.

Try reading. The original post referred to LAST FALL8HBsrn. Express A lost all 3 games in last years Columbus Day tournament.

When the team plays laid back it is a reflection of the coach. BM kept the team on edge.

They have no offense, can't make more than two passes without dropping ball. Spent to long of stretches on defense. Should have lost their first game.

He/she is talking about last fall. What they're not remembering is that Express A played up at Columbus Last year. They lost to S2S in the fall, yes. But fall doesn't matter. It's a summer season. Also losing to the Bandits and Bethesda (the two of the best in the country last year) is not exactly a sign of decline.
