Can anyone comment on how often their team practices? Also whether the boys rotate through all positions or in a set spot?
Our team is a bit of a disaster so trying to gauge how much is coaching vs my expectations.
Honestly, this is a tough age. Limited teams and practice. Coaches for these teams are dads or doing double or even triple duty. Stick with it, 3rd grade is much better and 4th grade it starts to really take shape. Finish these weeks out and make sure your kid is having fun. In the fall attend multiple tryouts and see what the best fit is. I will say everything for me starts with the coach.
