No its not, you cannot use kids from an older grad year even if they are age eligible.
91 already had a roster of 28 kids with 2/3 of the team not getting on the field. If they’re really pulling down “age eligible” players from the grad year above that means even more kids are pushed onto the sidelines. That stinks for those boys.
