West Islip finished as the Seventh Grade East Conference regular season champion with a 4-1-1 record and 9 points.

Cold Spring Harbor finished in second place with a 3-2-1 record and 7 points.

Huntington (3-3), Commack (2-2-2), and Syosset (2-2-2) all had 6 points.

Manhasset Blue 1-5 record and 2 points.

West Islip (1) will play Commack (4) at West Islip next weekend and CSH will play Syosset (3) at CSH (2) in the conference semi finals.Manhasset Blue (6) will play Huntington (5) next weekend at Huntington.
