Good points, but who's to Blame. The Directors and coaches? I do not think so. It's the parents with Horse blinders. Why do they pay so much to watch kid not play. Travel clubs are a business, that losing hurts. Find a better fit.
Yes, it’s the coaches position on playing time and the parents who choose to accept to situation. And their money and time, so how they want to spend is up to them. So I am not judging, just an observation.
