Think she said it best, 4th graders! Who cares about 2032. So much will change. Kids who are good now will disappear in 3 years and then kids who are good in 7th will disappear by 10th. Just enjoy it, time with your kid. Maybe 1 of these kids will make it to Duke. 1….
Wrong, kids who are good now are because they the best athletes at this age and will always be athletes. What will happen is others will develop and become players, that are not the best players now,but the better players aren’t going to disappear.
Of course some will. It’s a time honored tradition, just because a kid is great now has no bearing on his future. If he’s a runt he’s not going to be much of anything sports wise.
