Agree with most of this. Caveat is the best showcases are invite only like showtime. Lax Masters and the ML8 lineup is very good and not invite only. Lax masters is Expensive though. the Player Series is decent. NXT is declining imho. Barely any coaches at the showcase; their tournaments had a lot more coaches. Apex is just too big and unwieldy. Too many kids and too many lower level assistant coaches present.

Re showcases. My 2025 just went through the cycle.

Juniors open. Was absolutely packed with every school under the sun. It’s very well attended because it’s pretty much first one in the summer.

Maverick - obviously very good. But same coaches as juniors open

Best in class was good

Nal rising 180- pre tourney was very well attended.

Msinstage was good. But, Day 1 of Mainstage has no coaches. So..,

Nike all star - very well attended

Nlf 120. Was good, Not great. Just 2 games
Also the later you go into July. Kids start dropping out, It’s hot etc.

I think the goal is to be at AA tournaments so Legacy will do that for you but probably have to go to showcases and prospect days as well just like the back half of the top 25 teams rosters.
