Upgrading coaches? players? what's changing?

Every year we hear this crap about this team and that team getting all these disgruntled players, and it's going to be amazing. Facts are: the good teams will remain good, the mediocre teams remain that. Grass doesn't just start growing greener due to wishful thinking. No good player will leave an established travel team for snake oil promises. Unless they are a fool. The players that will leave are those who did not live up to expectations, so they are looking for some magic, probably won't turn out well.

Manhasset daddies are always looking for some secret advantage......They also like to move in a pack. No one family has the stones to go it alone.

Not surprise! Outlaws eventually get caught not telling kids/parents about which colleges were asking about their kid.....they make it sound like they help with recruiting and all they do is ruin it. Don't waste your money. Look into Express B or 91B team they are honest.

No dog in the fight but always like to point out the guy who can't see the irony in commenting on other people's lack of "stones," as he types away anonymously in his basement. Same guy high fiving parents on sidelines while talking behind their backs.

Don't even consider heading to Express B. Whole team has been through a disaster of a year with a lack of practices and poor performance at lackluster tourneys. Spend your money elsewhere. Also a mass exodus on that team as well

Most important player on the team yes but team falling part c'mon there is still a lot of talent on that team.

Syo Daddy here... the Manhasset Daddies all seem like decent guys. Kids are very good players too, if they left as a group the team would be hurting.

I agree with Syo dad. We had a good season, boys played well as a team, parents all got along and boys all got along. Tournaments were fun. Every year on every team boys come and go. That's the business. Manhasset parents, CSH parents, Farmingdale parents, etc were all good people. People slinging mud at parents because they chose something other than what they might be doing is simply deranged. Focus on your own son and respect other people's right to do the same.

Could be wrong, but I'm thinking my money will be better spent next year to attend the afternoon session at this same showcase. "Super Sophs" which is just after Fab Froshs. That way he is more Top of mind when recruiting season finally opens up for these guys.

There was enough exposure at the summer tournaments we were at (albeit much less than past years' freshman!), but I think it's time to take the first weekend off since Mid June.

Please don't put Crush and Terps together in the same group. Terps are just another team in the pack. There are several other LI teams that are the same talent wise. Nothing special, check their summer record

Don't go around trying to place a team from an 'elite' program like Express below a team from a "B" program like True Blue - that doesn't sit well with the self-anointed lax nobility. "You can't change your stars John Thatcher!"

It is painfully obvious that Leghart is in it for the double pay check by coaching the B and the C team. The B team regressed significantly this year. So the players got belittled by their coach even more. Then they add the team that they had old man Jack coach, and they were treated better than Leghart's teams.
Terps were a .500 team this year.
They certainly don't belong on the same level as 91A.

Terps had a lot of high quality wins but some bad losses, nobody belongs with 91a, they are the best by a wide margin, but they have a very short bench and don't play even time. There's 91a and everyone else.

88+3 B team beat express B by a lot this past weekend at NLF why are they not put in that mix

Some have said that 2019 was a weak year, that many of the 2020's that should have been 2019 made the right move. Now I am hearing many 2019's may do a prep year and flood 2020 next year. Affecting fall and summer. Thus creating a chain reaction.
