I love the handicapping! Whomever comes up with the lines is usually right on point too! My daughter and I look at them and make handshake bets. Haters gonna detest. Ain’t that what it’s about? Good luck to your daughter this weekend, have fun, make memories!

Lines look very good.
3 bets I would make though
Pride -6 vs. Phantastix Can't understand why Phantastix is playing at this level; this same team was playing in most B or C level tourneys or groups last week Eagle Stix +2 vs. BLC. Horrible matchup for BLC; another team that thrives at low tempo but much better than them on draw M&D -7 vs. Heros White. -- M&D may get 20 here. Hero's White lost a lot.

Two went BLC, one went Coppermine, a few others elsewhere. 21 min halves but with 1 min halftime, clock will start before teams on field, going to be hard to break double digit leads, simple matter of time. ES vs BLC, going to be good one.

Someone on the forum mentioned Phantastix got some good players from Philly Blast and several other clubs? The implication was thought they may be quite a bit stronger now? Guess we'll find out...

You could be right, but keep in mind, running clock, with only a min of halftime, last year Eagle Stix only beat them by 7, NEMS by 6, Integrity by 6, you really have to be running on all cylinders to get more than 7 goals in these tournaments.

Just heard confirmation that Crush officially folded its 26 and 27 teams this Fall.
A bit disappointing to me. While they were never the greatest teams out there (though I think 26s won NGLL B league once) , they were by far the most affordable travel option out there. Its a shame that this is no longer an option.

National Fall Fest
Eagle Stix 27 Blue Coppermine 27 Black Eagle Stix -7 If ES can dominate the draw, this will by a runaway
PRIDE 27 RED Phantastix 27 Purple Pride Red -6 Pride is always underrated Integrity 27 Green BLC 27 Blue BLC -5 Integrity could play them tough and BLC tends to play low scoring games Renegades 27 M&D Shore 27 M&D Shore -2 This one is revealing, how does former LBC team look, renegades one of best B teams MD United 27 Heros 27 White MD United -6 Lots of changes on HW this year, may take time to mesh NEMS 27 M&D 27 Black M&D -7 This will be intense with 3 former NEMS kids on M&D
PRIDE 27 RED Eagle Stix 27 Blue Eagle Stix -5 EA will play fast break, not sure Pride can keep up Coppermine 27 Black BLC 27 Blue BLC -6 BLC wants to make statement
Renegades 27 Phantastix 27 Purple Renegades -5 May be a bit too high on Renegades Integrity 27 Green MD United 27 MD United -2 Teams know each other well, could come down to end NEMS 27 M&D Shore 27 M&D Shore -3 Both teams lost top scorers, who will step up? M&D 27 Black Heros 27 White M&D -7 M&D won't let up. Eagle Stix 27 Blue BLC 27 Blue BLC -2 Game of the day, do not overlook BLC, and I think ES do just that. PRIDE 27 RED Renegades 27 Pride Red -4 Renegades see's their toughest team last, in this case, I think it hurts them. MD United 27 Coppermine 27 Black MD United -3 Coppermine is typically solid and doesn't go away. NEMS 27 Phantastix 27 Purple NEMS -5 NEMS will start to click after a few early games. M&D 27 Black Integrity 27 Green M&D -6 Should be great battle on draws M&D Shore 27 Heros 27 White Hero's White -1 Calling this upset here. I think it’s fantastic! Keep it up.

Not sure where they picked them up, but definitely upgraded talent and were competitive in all games. Their goalie was probably one of the best 2 or 3 27 girls today.

Had a chance to watch SWB play today at top guns, they definitely improved significantly. Beat Philly Blast, mc elite and YJ North milim.
Def not “elite” competition but they are legit and filled gaps.

NEMS and M&D Shore had bad weekend, but that was the assumption as well. May take them a min to figure out who will step up.
Both Coppermine and Integrity had rough weekends but both had impressive losses by 1 goal to top teams so who knows.
MDU looked very strong.

Agree MDU had three solid wins, but they made the playoffs beating three teams with a combined record of 1-8. Lost 5-1 to M&D in championship. Will wait to see how they play stronger teams in next few tournaments.

I watched 8 or 9 games(mainly because we were there all day and didn't have a choice) M&D and Bethesda looked like top teams should. M&D crushed everyone. Bethesda had the most impressive win over Eaglestix. Shame they didn't play for the championship. Otherwise there were no real surprises. The teams that are average or were considered below average haven't changed.

Why would you travel 700 miles for 4 blowout wins?

BLC 7 Integrity 6? Wasnt Integrity one of the most improved teams last year? They aren't bad. They are in the mix from 8-10th best in Maryland. Couple solid players. They won't beat any top teams. But will get their share of wins against middle and lower ranked teams. Nothing wrong with that.

BLC 7 Integrity 6? Actually saw part of Coppermine / Eagle Stix game. It was back and forth throughout the game then Coppermine went up by 2 goals in the 2nd half. They looked decent but then couldn’t win a draw and went down by 1 however they had several chances to tie it up at the end. No real stand out stars on that team but they do play well together. BLC was another team I saw and they haven’t missed a beat. They pass the ball very well and play good defense. M&D looked really strong but didn’t really play anyone that was really competitive.

M&D is going to be the top team again I think. They got more depth this year. I saw a few of their games and they are spreading the ball around, not 2-3 kids only.
Their D is big and fast and really pressures the offense. I think the key to beating them is pressure the D on clears, force them to make tight throws, then slow pace down on offense.
Eaglestix either didn't have full talent last weekend or they aren't where they were last year.

I see most competitive teams are in Baltimore on Sunday.
I just noticed there is a tournament in Pennsylvania on Saturday as well featuring Aces, Eagle Stix and M&D. Called Next Level or something like that. Anyone ever heard of it?

This seems like a great opportunity to play top competition instead of playing teams that won't challenge them.

Great work for posting these.
Most lines feel right except for 3d Colorado / Coppermine. That's a tossup if their whole roster makes the trip. 3D picked up some top girls from Team 180.
At best Coppermine, 1-2 goal favorite. I'd expect a low scoring 6-5 type of game

Yeah, that doesn't make sense to me either?!? Hero's Green in with M&D, Aces, and ES would be a battle!
Likewise, Pride playing Jesters, MD United, and NEMS would all be good games against similar competition.

M&D needs to spread the scoring to unlock its true potential
BLC needs to score outside of the midfield to unlock its true potential
Hero's Gr just needs to show up and it will be fine
NEMS needs less me and more we to unlock its true potential
Skywalkers needs to focus on the kids it has, not the kids it wants next year, to unlock its true potential
Coppermine need to focus on itself, not the competition, to unlock it's true potential.
Heros Wh needs someone, anyone, to show up to have a chance.
