As a parent of a non-holdback that has played on premiere teams with holdbacks, winning was not always a great feeling.
Overhearing a Long Island dad saying, "they are good, but I wonder how many holdbacks they have".
Winning because you are of similar age and more talented is one thing, but winning also because you are older and more advanced is another thing - NOT AN EQUAL PLAYING FIELD!
