By all means contact Tom Gilmartin for updates on the tryout information.
thanks. just did and very excited to be playing for an organization like the Stampede that is not all about taking $$ and winning tourneys especially when kids are only 5th/6th graders.
Had that experience last year with one of the larger organizations, and although my son played every minute of the games being the starting goalie, he definitely didn't progress as a player or an athlete and we decided what was best was to avoid the politics and the corporate nature again and pursued a smaller established organization that we could hopefully stay with and grow for a long time to come!
They sent out an email this afternoon.
heard from them and happy to join them
They will be having another tryout. So anybody who is tired of dealing with the politics of the bigger organizations and want their kids to learn the game and have a good time doing it, should think about Stampede. The program is moving in the right direction
I heard stampede is looking to fill a few roster spots if anyone is still looking for a summer program.
Do you know for what age groups ?

There is a post on their website for 5th grade players, but I think they might have openings in other grades if you give them a call.
