Anyone have feedback on this organization, how did they perform this year, how are coaches?
Great coaches and the boys really improved as the season moved on. The boys and the families had a very nice experience!!! They also hired coaches so that you do not have to deal with parents letting their kids play the entire game!
Anyone know how the turnout for 2018 was Saturday? A lot of returning kids or not ?

Not sure, but I heard the 2019 had a very light turnout...not even enough for one complete team.
over 60 kids

With two dates, I am qUite sure more will attend the 29h, ask the organizers which date had more people confirm the second date.

Saw them play a few times, missing a few pieces and they are on the verge of making some noise, south shore version of Gladiators who can give DD green a battle.

Unless they're making major improvements DD Green would destroy Riptide 2019!

If you know both teams and the pool they pull from you know they're just 2 to 3 boys away from DD green. Whether those boys (pieces) are on the fence about trying-out or not is the question.

and for the record, it was stated it would be a battle if those boys (pieces) committed (you know it would be).

Sorry i used DDG as a bench mark, but I think highly of you guys to throw that out there. Good luck in 2013.
I doubt the DD would destroy Riptide 2019. The team was brand new and they won a lot of games. Give it more time together and they could be a contender in the B division. The rest of 2019 will be at try outs next week.

Riptide can probably play with DD 2019 Blue, but certainly not Green. You probably won't be in the same tournaments as Green, and you definitely won't see them in a B division. There's nothing wrong with being a competitive B team either. As long as the kids are getting good coaching, improving, and having fun.
I have heard riptide varsity program have very good teams- finished 8 and 3 at hotbeds last year-2 of 3 loses we're each by one goal- any comments regarding their program?
That is a very respectful record.
Where do they play out of?
How many age groups will they have this year?
Respectful record that varsity went 8-3 @ 2012 hot beds- 2 loses we're by 1 goal. What is riptide plan for 2013? How many other teams?
2019 had a very good season last year . It was the 1st year for that team. Excellent coaching! Fine organization! My son did play on that team.
A solid program. They really have the best interest of the players to help them get to the next level, college that is.

The majority of the team is returning with some new positive faces to add to the mix. We hope it will be a great year for the 2019 boys.
