Along with Bluestar? or renaming?

I believe that it is more of a local year-round development program for younger teams, might work as a feeder for Blue Star all-star teams, large Westfield presence on Bluestar teams

looks like they had dozens of Westfield kids at the younger ages this week, looks like they are building the program there
