United was struggling to fill rosters and did not have the talent or name locally that T3 has. United had been considered competition to T3 and after several local franchises (Team 91, MadDog, And AllLax) depleted their already weak rosters United sold out to T3.

On United's social media accounts, he states how excited he is to be 'working' with T3 and they see great things about their 'partnership' so do you know if T3 bought them out with a cash deal or possibly gave him equity? Only because I am sure he had a good rapport with the parents and players and that's the value he can continue to bring but being under the T3 name will help attract more talent like you prefaced.
