There is a great group on Facebook “ educating parents of hs athletes on the college recruiting process” it is run by a woman who wrote the book “looking for a full ride”. The group is not lax specific but has a ton of great information.

Jesters 23 black bumped down to 22 spot? What happened this summer ?

Who cares ? 80% of their squad committed. The others waiting on Ivies.

Hoping 2023 parents can chime in on this post from the 2024 page - I was curious as to how often kids on the "second tier" list eventually get offers? I realize probably never for a UNC/BC/MD level school; but what about a #10-30 ranked program? Like many 2024 kids/parents we are pretty anxious right now but wanted to be prepared for what to expect on Thursday and beyond. Thanks in advance.

Team doesn’t matter, player matters.
Have you visited schools in person? Did you get in front of that schools coach(s) and shine at prospect camp or multi school non club related small sided showcase or shine huge at a Team tourney and be super lucky coach(s) was actually watching that moment.
Get kid personally in front of coaches at schools you think kid can play at.
Well that’s my advice

Lots and lots. Be open to schools that are not on your list. They come out of left field. Think “ they all land where they are meant to “
