Haven't really seen any of the ripcurl girl teams at any of the summer tournaments. I know they are somewhat new, anyone know much about the girls side of this organization?
Does anyone know how many teams they will have at each age group ?

Tim is running this program using a building block approach to increasing the caliber of his clubs players. Last season, the Riptide players from Grade 5, Grade 8 and Grade 10 were winners at the Forsberg event hosted by the Long Island Outlaws. Effectively a solid performance for the program with properly placed teams. Note that the Riptide has also done some off-Island events so that franchise is making all the right moves in terms of climbing the competition ladder.
Worth noting is that the same approach is being taken with the RipCurl (girls) programs. There is no doubting that Tim Dunn and his crew have the right approach for their level of competitive players. The programs is pitched at the right level. Whether that is taken by some as "pitching" to the parents or not is a matter of opinion.

Also, these Long Island Ripcurl teams will be attending the Long Island Beach Bums Babylon Lax Blast on July 14th.
