Need some help creating evaluations this year. Any tips?

Did you keep stats on your players from last year? if not do it this year then and only then can you accurately evaluate your players. Then add the subjectives such as how hard the kid plays, his speed , dodging and or stick skills, leadership ability on the field, and of course heart (does he keep playing hard even when ur losing)

And don't forget the intangible "getting along with your teammates." Plenty of players think they are the team, or diss their teammates. The flip side is the tangible, "communicating on the field."

Good ideas! Trying to build an evaluation form but having some trouble making it flow. Do you have any forms?
