* Committed
Interesting that only 7 players are committed to a top 5 school from last year. Means the competition in D1 just got a whole lot more competitive with teams further down the ranking list getting some studs. That's great for the sport
I would imagine that most of this year's freshmen (at last year's top 5 programs), were not age eligible for the U19 team. They are probably all 20yrs old already.
or the coaches of the team decided to choose their recruits, i.e. UPenn, PSU and OSU. that is 9 of the 25...whatever. Good luck to all who made it.

Or the kids from the other schools did not perform well enough at the training weekends and got cut. You can review film from at least two.
For everyone questioning favoritism, Grant Amhent, Penn State, was cut by his own coach for the U19 team and in now lighting it up as a top producer for the first 2 ncaa games
