do you mean the Lighthouse League at Mitchell Field near Hofstra?
My son played in the lighthouse league and yes, a few nights, no team showed. I was wondering if anyone played in this Global League at Tully park.
1000.00 for 6 games of lax?? whoa!

With full fifty (50) minute games, this compares extremely well with the cost per game of many tournaments including most even carried on BOTC.

Globall Sports is making a serious effort to build a sustainable league presence for the Fall Season going forward and as lacrosse fees go, this six game league is very competitively priced.

The comments for last years teams will come from others, but BOTC has been told that Globall has moved to Tully Park this season to take advantage of the great facilities that can be made available to the participating lacrosse teams.
Yes-well, summer leagues generally include practices and some training. Is this just games and who are the coaches for 7th, 8th. Are there any practices?

It's $1000 for a team, not an individual.
1000 dollars per team approx 20 players per team for 6 games not bad
No _ I think that they mean- it is appx. 1000.00 to enter a tournament for a team.
This is 1000.00 per individual player for 6 games.
Business is making $ 20,000 for 6 games. Great business! Not buying-lol.
Oh--I get it! Sorry-you are advertising to teams-not individuals! So sorry--misunderstood. : )

Anyone plan on entering a team , we at Franklin Square are going to put in a 5&6 grade team but would like to know what other teams plan to do . Thanks
Is there going to be more than one division? our team is mostly new players that just started this spring in pal.

Oceanside 5th and 6th graders getting a team in. I have 8 yesses and 8 probably. Figured we'd lose some to football an soccer. Sounds like a great league. I posted before but don't know if it went through.
West Islip putting a team in

Is it an exclusive West islip team or a mix of different towns.

This is a great league. Since it is a Saturday night league many towns can have their lax/football players take part.
Please note that the Saturday Night Lights Outdoor league has just reached capacity as of this evening's e-mailing to our custom newsletter subscribers. Any teams still interested will be placed on a waitlist. (All of the applied teams were able to fill this league at the pre-September 1st pricing!)
who is in? Is it towns or is it travel?
Franklin Square is in
I believe Floral Park is putting two teams in at that Division.
How's this league coming along. Games this weekend? Lots of tryouts
8 teams
sage can we get a string started for Global and lighthouse fall leagues. What is the better league. What teams and organizations are in each.

Saw the line up on global doesnt seem like much but for $1000 for 6 games seems like $50 a player (20 boy roster) is not a ripoff. I guess getting the stick in the boys hands is always a good thing.

Lighthouse for $1,400 is about $75 per kid, love to see the teams in this one.

Play in Globall league now. I was told it was B level teams. B level teams can catch and throw. This is a starter league. Comp is weak. The league is run by soccer people who are clueless about lax. Have your kid stay home and throw the ba off the wall he'll be better off.

I guess B level means so many different things these days. Are you speaking of both age groups or just one of them?

are any teams looking to add a few players? New to the game, played for first time this past spring for PAL b squad but really enjoyed it. Looking to find a team to get some playing time in before spring PAl starts again. Nassau south shore would be best for us. thank you.

FS lax
Do you know anything about the teams playing in the New Hyde Park Global League. I heard two teams playing were from West Islip (Lax Army) and Bayshore (Secatogue). Someone also posted earlier they were B clubs playing. I thought Franklin Square, Bayshore, and West Islip are better than B. From the looks of the first weeks scores seems they are the best of the league. or is this there second level mix grade teams.
