One month until September 1st. Should make for an interesting Labor Day weekend.

What do people think is going to happen? Will all offers and acceptances be made on September 1 so that D1 recruiting will essentially be over for 2019's?
Interested to see if the girls get offers on Sept. 1 or invites for tours..
I'm sure there will be a lot more to it. Kids will get multiple offers, visits, etc. it's still going to be a process.
My 2020 is anxiously waiting to see what happens.

What are you expecting to happen?
If your daughter gets an email, will it say we want to make you an offer right on 9/1 or will it say come for a visit..
And how sad if you don't get any emails?
This is such a bizarre way to this
What does everyone think is going to happen? Will phone's be ringing on Sept 1 at 12:01, emails going out? Has anyone personally been able to get some sort of feedback from d1 coaches this summer through club coaches or high school coaches? Besides saying come to our camp, we would love to see them play. I personally feel that most don't want to risk being in violation.
We're 2 weeks away. Everyone start placing your bets.

I'm expecting crickets.

congradulations. Do you know the sex yet?
It's been 8 hours. Are all the 2019's committed yet?
It's amazing how quiet the 2019 forum is compared to the younger age groups. I guess stuff does mellow with age.
I'm still noticing a lot of coaches at 2019's games - does that mean that a lot of programs are still not done with their 2019's?

Division III are still actively recruiting 2019s.

Says the D1 snob. It's lacrosse, not MLB, NBA, NHL or NFL. Should not care what division. Sure the top D1 programs have been done for some time with 2019 but many opportunities still for the 2019 girls for D1, D2 and or D3. Don't wait for your phone to ring. Your daughter needs to be taking the lead. Figure out what school she'd like to attend and go to their camp/clinic/prospect day. Be realistic with her abilities on the field and in the classroom so you'll find a good fit. And, don't expect your club or HS to find you a college. College coaches want to hear from a student athlete, not a parent or coach. If she's lucky enough to draw a college coach's interest, she should ask herself, "Would I like this school w/o the lacrosse?". Good luck!!
what a tool!
