Agreed! My daughter played on YJ White for two years with teammates from school. Long story short, due to the fact that my daughter (and us parents as well) doubted her ability to rise to a gold or blue team and mistakenly thinking that these were the most recruitable teams--switched clubs.
Regardless of that Carol Rose still gave us an assist in recruiting, and did it for nothing! The compliments and advice she gave to my daughter were invaluable and she is now happily playing in college
(with a nice scholarship for grades AND lax). Never should have left YJ....especially before talking to Carol Rose--she is not the unapproachable money-hungry person people make her out to be. The time to talk to her is NOT in the middle of a tournament in 100deg!
